KIRKLAND, Wash.– Precision Image Analysis (PIA), the leading cloud-based post-processing service provider, specializing in advanced cardiac imaging solutions, announces today that PIA’s CEO, Mary-Pierre Waiss, will be honored to accept the Export Achievement Award on behalf of PIA. This award will be presented by the U.S. Commercial Service during the Discover Global Markets: Healthcare Connections business forum, a can’t-miss event featuring updates on healthcare opportunities, best practices and regulations to be held Sept. 13 – 15, 2016. This award will recognize PIA’s international success and the significant percentage of total revenue the firm earns from exports. PIA recently completed a study for Erasmus University in Rotterdam, Netherlands, Erasmus University utilized PIA’s services for the Generation R Study, a population-based prospective cohort study which involved 10,000 women and children and required PIA to perform advanced image analysis which included cardiac cases. “Partnering with PIA seems ideal. In conjunction with this event, the Washington State Biomedical Manufacturing Innovation Zone will hold its’ eighth annual summit at The Westin Bellevue Hotel. PIA will be represented as a leader in the industry as Ms. Waiss serves on a panel along with five leading experts discussing insights into trends impacting the industry. Showcased will be emerging technologies as well as companies selected to participate in 2016’s AdvaMed Accel Leadership Program and PIA is honored to be selected as one of these companies.
